Notes on Baptism:

  • Please note that students MUST be baptized before receiving these two sacraments. If your child is not baptized and is in 2nd grade or older, please contact Kathleen Dierberger for information.

  • Students that were baptized outside of the Catholic Church in another Christian denomination, must make a Profession of Faith before they receive these two sacraments. This Profession of Faith is a simple prayer and repeating of the Baptismal Promises, and then the child is officially Catholic. It is best to have your child make the Profession of Faith before he or she turns seven, otherwise they will need to be confirmed as well. Please contact Kathleen Dierberger for more information.
